The trusty Xbox wireless controller is $20 off at Woot
Microsoft’s Xbox wireless controller is the preferred gamepad for millions of gamers. It’s comfortable, a joy to use, and it’s entirely possible for one of them to last you years, depending on how heavily you use it. Not to mention, it’s one of Polygon’s favorite controllers for PC gaming thanks to its built-in Bluetooth connectivity and compatibility with most PC games, whether you use it with Steam or the PC Game Pass app (you can also pair it with a mobile phone or tablet).
The Xbox controller normally sells for $59.99, which is slightly more affordable compared to gamepads made by other console manufacturers. But today, it’s much more affordable than the competitors at Woot, costing $39.99 in the black color, with a USB-C cable in the box if you decide to go the wired route. For comparison, the Sony DualSense is almost twice as much, selling for $74.99 new.
